Alterations & additions

The proposal was to refurbish this existing two-storey residence to meet the changing needs of the client and to provide a facelift for the building.  Alterations and additions included a re-arrangement of the bathroom layout and the redesign of the street frontage to provide a more defined entrance, a larger external deck area and more daylight and sense of space into the living room area behind the deck.  A small but effective refurbishment.
